Really successful marketing campaign resulting in 150 video views on youtube, in excess of 1,000 click-throughs on our eDM , strong results online from Real Commercial 1,800 views and 1,450 on Commercial Real Estate. Well attended and hotly contested auction circa 50 people, with bidding ranging from $50k to $5k with 3 participants culminating in $3.175m being $325,000 above reserve.
