Kerryn Sutherland is the Property Manager and heads our courteous and professional property management department. If you have industrial or commercial properties Kerryn can assist in negotiating lease renewals, co-ordinate and prepare relevant documentation and implement rent reviews so that you get the best return on your investments.
With the assistance of the property management team she oversees the collection of your rental and ensures all rates and outgoings are paid promptly by your tenants. Our weekly collection service helps prevent the accrual of arrears, whilst allowing a close watch on the condition of your premises on a regular basis.

Tarone joined the team in 2008 and has proven to be a great addition. Tarone is a local to the Mornington Peninsula regions and has a good understanding of industrial and commercial property management. Having just completed his licensing course in 2008, Tarone is now a Licensed Estate Agent.
