Kerryn heads up our courteous and professional property management department. If you have industrial or commercial properties, Kerryn can assist in negotiating lease renewals, co-ordinate and prepare relevant documentation and implement rent reviews so that you get the best return on your investments.

With the assistance of the property management team she oversees the collection of your rental and ensures all rates and outgoings are paid promptly by your tenants. Our weekly collection service helps prevent the accrual of arrears, whilst allowing a close watch on the condition of your premises on a regular basis.
