Kerryn Sutherland is the Property Manager and heads our courteous and professional property management department. If you have industrial or commercial properties Kerryn can assist in negotiating lease renewals, co-ordinate and prepare relevant documentation and implement rent reviews so that you get the best return on your investments.
With the assistance of the property management team she oversees the collection of your rental and ensures all rates and outgoings are paid promptly by your tenants. Our weekly collection service helps prevent the accrual of arrears, whilst allowing a close watch on the condition of your premises on a regular basis.

Melissa has been a great addition to the Facey Property Management team in 2007. Experienced in residential property, she has quickly found her feet in her new role. Melissa's portfolio includes collection of rental and outgoings, follow up of tenant arrears, maintenance, property inspections, invoicing and tenant & owner correspondence. Cassandra Gardiner being the newest member of our term at Facey Industrial Commercial. Her portfolio of approximately 200 properties has allowed her to grasp the position in its entirety.
